Job Title: Dairy and Freezer Team Leader

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dairy and freezer department, ensuring high standards of product presentation and maintaining excellent customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, reducing waste and improving efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve sales targets, improve customer engagement, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Merchandising Strategies: Develop and implement visually appealing merchandising displays to drive sales growth and enhance customer shopping experiences.
  • Store Presentation: Ensure all areas of the dairy and freezer department are clean, well-maintained, and meet company standards.
