Job Opportunity

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator role involves supporting the development and implementation of client campaigns. This includes creating communication plans, managing offline and digital marketing efforts, and delivering insights to drive performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop media plans that align with client objectives, interpret market data, and ensure effective media execution.
  • Coordinate campaign trading activities, including briefing partners, evaluating responses, providing feedback, negotiating with publishers, and securing additional incentives.
  • Track and optimize TV campaigns, finalizing benchmarking, completing TV tracking sheets, and capturing key learnings for future analysis.
  • Analyze competitor activity, market trends, economic issues, and other factors affecting marketing buys.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns, demonstrate results, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend changes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in media buying/media planning across offline channels.
  • Detailed understanding of the Australian media landscape.
  • Proficiency in Office platforms (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with tools such as eTAM, BMD, Roy Morgan, EMMA, eRAM, Nielsen Digital/Answers, Sizmek and/or DCM, MOVE, and AQX Fusion.
