About the Role

We're seeking a strategic marketing professional to lead national and local campaigns that bring our brand to life across store networks.

This role has real scope, combining local area marketing with media agency management, campaign coordination and brand storytelling.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for new store openings, refurbishments, key trade periods and national brand moments
  • Manage media agency relationships across radio, print, out of home and digital
  • Partner with store teams and area managers to identify and activate local opportunities
  • Coordinate in-store events, community sponsorships and local influencer activity
  • Localise national campaigns for metro, regional and rural audiences
  • Maintain and coordinate the marketing calendar to ensure cross-team alignment
  • Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights to optimise future activity
Responsibilities

This role will span the full campaign lifecycle, including planning, briefing, execution and reporting, ensuring every initiative is aligned to our brand and delivers measurable results.

  • Your work will be varied, one week you might be briefing our media agency on an integrated campaign across radio, out of home and digital; the next, you could be finalising a store launch event, refining a marketing calendar or tailoring a seasonal promotion for regional audiences.
