Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front desk team to ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Provide expert knowledge of local area attractions and activities
  • Manage department-related paperwork and communication equipment
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
