Job Title: Community Projects Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Projects Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Community for Children (CfC) Cranbourne team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the program, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, wider services, and the community, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes mutual understanding and respect.
  • Support the development and implementation of program strategies, initiatives, and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the creation and dissemination of program reports, evaluations, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, events, and forums, representing Windermere Child and Family Services and promoting our mission and values.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Community Development, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community engagement, program coordination, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data management and analytics.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  • Current Victorian Driver's License and right to work in Australia.
