About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team at Hy-Tec, a leading supplier of premixed concrete, aggregates, and sands to the commercial, industrial, civil, and residential construction sectors.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring safety, health, and environment standards are maintained, answering customer calls professionally and efficiently, and taking and inputting concrete orders within an allocated section of the Sydney Metropolitan concrete business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and manage concrete orders, including taking and inputting orders, and maintaining accurate records
  • Maintain effective communication with plant staff and other departments within the business as required
