Corporate Counsel, Project Kuiper Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our team in supporting Project Kuiper. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to work closely with the Kuiper business and contribute to the development of commercial customer and partner deals across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Kuiper commercial business development and sales efforts in APAC by providing legal advice on structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements.
- Counsel the business team on legal issues related to Kuiper's customer and partner contracts.
- Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.
- License to practice law in Australia.
- Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams.
