About the Role:
The Sydney Corporate team advises local and international clients on complex corporate deals, including governance, foreign investment, joint ventures, and IPOs. This role requires a proactive, collaborative approach and interest in cross-border work. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years' experience in corporate law, with strong exposure to M&A and excellent technical skills and commercial acumen.
