Senior Architectural Documentation Specialist

This role involves contributing to the delivery of large-scale architectural projects in Melbourne, working effectively with other architects throughout each phase of design, contract documentation, construction and some contract administration duties.
Key Responsibilities- Work on architectural projects within the Melbourne office including client liaison, design, contract documentation and some contract administration.
- Assist the Principal or Project Manager in the day-to-day operations of the office and on specific projects.
- Take responsibility for time management of assigned jobs. Keep an accurate daily record of the time spent on each assigned job.
- Attend office meetings and provide reports to the principal on a regular basis regarding the progress of individual tasks and projects under their responsibility.
- Assist in the maintenance of office systems, processes and procedures.
- Sound experience in contract documentation.
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural project delivery and BIM technical coordination.
- Demonstrable skills in design, presentation and technical skills.
- Strong proficiency with Revit, Auto CAD and other drafting and presentation software.
- Effective organisation, planning and prioritisation skills to manage the day-to-day requirements of tasks related to project delivery.
