Job Description:

As a Documentor, you will be responsible for producing exceptional documentation and contributing to design excellence. Your role will involve working closely with clients, consultants, and builders to deliver accurate and efficient documentation of major projects.

Key responsibilities include coordinating project consultants, ensuring deliverables are produced on time and to a high standard, mentoring junior staff, and supporting their development. You will also contribute to the creation of innovative designs that drive positive change.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of architectural documentation practice and theory
  • Strong Revit skills, with experience across concept design, design development, and construction documentation
  • Sound knowledge of NCC (BCA & Australian Standards)
  • Skilled in visual communication including sketches, layouts, detail drawings, and presentations
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite
