Water Network Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and management of water and sewer systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your knowledge of water and sewer networks in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

  • Monitor system availability, configuration, and performance in real-time, proactively controlling operations to minimize system failures.
  • Prioritize work orders, dispatch work crews, and provide technical advice to field staff.

Shifts cover a 24/7 roster, including day and night shifts, Monday to Sunday. This role requires providing quality customer service and creating value for the community.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Certificate IV qualification in Engineering or a related field, or demonstrated solid experience in water/sewer network management.
  • A current Class C Drivers Licence.
  • Experience in operational management of a distributed network of assets.
  • Understanding of water, wastewater, and network systems.
  • Proficiency in information technology, including control & monitoring systems (e.g., SCADA) and GIS.
