Quality Systems Specialist Job Description

This role is a crucial part of shaping the future of aerospace and delivering critical programs for the Australian Defence Force. As a Quality Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in driving First Time Quality and continuous improvement across Phantom Works Global Team (PW-G).

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead QMS projects aligned to the team's strategic plan and objectives.
  • Drive First Time Quality and continuous improvement across PW-G.
  • Support technical programs within PW-G.
  • Influence decisions as they relate to quality.
  • Train and coach internal team members to enhance employee performance.
  • Nurture relationships within the quality team and with key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong project management skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a tertiary level business or aviation management qualification. You must also be an Australian Citizen to meet defence security requirements and have the ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Department of Defence clearance up to SECRET level.
