Job Title: Support Professional

We are currently working with a local accounting firm who pride themselves on being one of the best in the Illawarra.

This support professional will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation for up to three senior leaders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointments and meetings on a daily basis.
  • Liaise with clients over the telephone and at the office.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation, sometimes on an urgent basis.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements when required.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as ordering office supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a tidy and professional office environment.

About You:

  • You will have previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • You possess exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
  • You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • You maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • You have a positive attitude, team-player mentality and a willingness to go the extra mile.
