Employment Opportunity for Support Professionals

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic support professional to join our team. This role involves supporting individuals with mental health, physical, and intellectual disabilities in their homes and within the community.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and domestic assistance
  • Aiding clients with community access and manual handling
  • Managing accurate shift reports and progress notes

You will be working on a one-to-one basis with clients, providing tailored support and promoting independence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of six months' experience supporting individuals living with disabilities
  • A Certificate III or higher in a relevant field
  • Current vaccination status and first aid certification
  • A valid driver's license and comprehensive vehicle insurance (preferred)
