Digital Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Product Manager to join our Online Network and Growth team within our Digital function.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the ongoing development of immediacy channels at Coles, creating a product strategy and roadmap that delivers high-quality customer experiences and improves business metrics.
- Be accountable for the results (customer/business outcome) of your squads and skilled in translating business process and customer insights into product concepts and solutions.
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and be responsible for end-to-end execution of initiatives from discovery to delivery.
- Foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment around backlog and priorities.
- Gather, manage, and prioritize product requirements across multiple squads and ensure all are heading towards an overarching goal.
- Create and own your P&L and commercial strategy and have expertise with top-level inputs & metrics in order to accurately identify problems.
- Be highly collaborative and have exceptional people management and communication skills and previous experience managing one or more product managers and their respective squads.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience as a Product Manager or similar or in strategy/consulting or Digital retail.
- A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business.
- Experience developing & mentoring Product Managers and contributing to the Product Chapter.
- Experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus.
- Experienced in communicating and rationalising product design decisions.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and comfortable with change.
- Experience in creating and implementing commercial strategy.
- Skilled in working collaboratively with engineering, design, and marketing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the product lifecycle, experience building and shipping consumer product experiences.
- Understanding of the broader digital ecosystem including software development lifecycle, development methodologies (including agile), user experience design, usability, and accessibility, online content strategy, etc.
