Digital Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the development of our immediacy channels at Coles. As a key member of our Online Network and Growth team, you will be responsible for creating a product strategy and roadmap that delivers high-quality customer experiences and improves business metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the ongoing development of our immediacy channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products and experiences.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Manage and mentor product managers and their squads, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a digital retail or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results for both users and the business.
- Experience developing and mentoring product managers and contributing to product chapter initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital retail and e-commerce, with experience working in a digital-first organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the product lifecycle, including software development lifecycle, development methodologies, user experience design, usability, and accessibility.
