Finance Business Partner, Digital Product Specialist

The Digital Product Finance team is responsible for accelerating digital growth through strategic partnerships with business leaders. As a Finance Business Partner, Digital Product, you will be a trusted advisor to our Digital stakeholders, leveraging your financial expertise and strong communication skills to drive informed decision making and digital business strategy.
You will own the end-to-end process for digital product investment, including period performance reporting and forecasting to Group and Digital LT. You will also partner with Product Managers and Delivery teams to proactively manage digital product portfolio investments and ensure delivery of product roadmap initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining robust financial governance across our digital product portfolio
- Partnering with Product Managers and Delivery teams to drive digital business strategy
- Performing analysis and providing insight to help the business understand performance and drive action to address issues or leverage opportunities
- Leading the Corporate Plan and budget process for Digital Product, focusing on continuous improvement to ensure alignment across stakeholders
We are looking for a driven Finance Business Partner who is comfortable challenging and influencing key stakeholders, competent in data-driven storytelling, and capable in navigating complex problems and ambiguity. Ideally, you will have had exposure within the digital space, but this is not essential.
You will also ideally have:
- CA/CPA or similar business qualification, or near with commercial awareness and business focus
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience developing dashboards in PowerBI or similar
- Proven experience in preparing, understanding, and analysing financial information to identify business opportunities and challenges
- Experience of owning end-to-end planning processes
