About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Mt Barker store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Utilize procedures and guidelines to make informed business decisions, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of RAA's products and services, including insurance and road service.
Requirements
  • Confident and passionate individual with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
