Our organization is seeking an experienced Process Engineering professional to lead our Process Systems function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of the Process Systems project portfolio, including people and team leadership, competency/capability development, commercial and financial management.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Service Group Leader to secure revenue opportunities and grow market share by maintaining and leveraging a strong client network and existing client relationships.

The role requires the ability to manage commercial, risk, quality control, project teams and continuous improvement. Additionally, the candidate must have experience in leading diverse and inclusive teams delivering exceptional outcomes across feasibility studies, business cases, FEED and detailed designs for projects utilising multi-discipline design teams across various market sectors in Asia Pacific.

The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, a tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering and a chartered professional status. They must also have minimum 15 years of design experience as a Process Engineer with a strong background in managing commercial, risk, quality control, project teams and continuous improvement.

Leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships, supported by well-developed influencing and interpersonal skills. The candidate should also be able to lead and work effectively across geographic and cultural boundaries to create and promote a collaborative culture.

Strong report writing and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
