Are you ready to transform procurement in a dynamic, fast-moving environment?

We're seeking a Procurement Governance Process and Systems Lead to take charge of all spend over $150K—driving compliance, strategy, and innovation across procurement and contract management.

This role is the go-to advisor and escalation point, providing tools, reporting, and strategic sourcing insights to uplift procurement capability and ensure excellence in a complex, ever-changing landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee the implementation of best-practice procurement governance to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and resources to enhance procurement capability across the organisation
    • Oversee frameworks, systems, and compliance
    • Drive transformation and continuous process improvement
    • Provide expert support high-risk procurement activity
    • Build stakeholder confidence through expert advice and collaboration

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in senior procurement roles
  • Proven leadership in procurement transformation and capability uplift
  • Deep knowledge of procurement legislation (e.g., Modern Slavery, ESG, Carbon Reduction)
  • Strong experience in governance, systems, and process implementation
  • MCIPS or relevant degree highly regarded
