About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our Global Product and Solutions team in Belrose. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with experienced engineers to develop high-quality software for large-scale warehouse automation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop software products to meet required specifications
  • Design and develop technical documents, including specifications and reports
  • Deliver software projects to customer sites
  • Participate in on-site systems commissioning
  • Test implemented solutions to ensure contractual agreements are met
  • Participate in design, code reviews, and code documentation
  • Provide assistance to the Software Service group for customer support
  • Perform in-place upgrades to legacy/existing sites
  • Interact directly with customers via email and in person
  • Provide IT, networking, and application support and configuration for customer sites
  • Provide product expertise to support the sales process
  • Agree on time schedules with Team Leaders and achieve specified targets of multiple projects in parallel
  • Follow Software Development Quality Processes and procedures
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of Software Development processes
  • Contribute to a Software Development environment that fosters technical excellence and teamwork
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Software Engineering or a related field, and experience in software languages and tools including Microsoft products. Essential experience includes.NET, C#, OO design/development, MS Windows programming, relational databases, and excellent testing skills.
