Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and administration, collecting and analyzing information to configure and integrate new hardware and software upgrades, and administering critical systems and functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support and Administration
    • Provide technical support and assistance to staff and end-users
    • Administer critical systems and functions, including Wintel Windows Server, Active Directory, Office365, MS Exchange, Physical Server Hardware, Azure, and Windows AD
  • Hardware and Software Upgrades
    • Collect and analyze information to configure and integrate new hardware and software upgrades
    • Verify the functionality of new hardware and software upgrades
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT systems and processes
  • Incident Management
    • Respond to and resolve technical incidents and problems within service level timeframes
  • Documentation and Communication
    • Maintain a high standard of support and administration documentation for technical services
    • Communicate technical information to staff and end-users

Requirements

  • Experience and Skills
    • Experience in building productive, collaborative, and cooperative relationships within the team and with end-users and service providers
    • Delivering consistent service in a fast-changing environment
    • Experience providing face-to-face support and working in a corporate environment
    • Strong documentation and administration skills
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience with HPE Blade environments, including C7000's, Synergy, and Apollo
    • Understanding and ability to manage, configure, and guide on Blade Fabric configurations and troubleshooting
    • Experience with HPE MSA Storage, including GUI and command-line level configuration and troubleshooting
    • Deep understanding of Microsoft Server 2016, 2019, and 2022, including Clustering, Active Directory, and Hybrid and on-premise deployments
    • Experience with SQL Servers, including Clustering and High Availability
    • Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and Citrix XenServer management
    • Advanced management and troubleshooting skills for Storage, Networks, Converged solutions, and PowerShell, console, and GUI-based tools
    • Experience with HPE Switching, including unicast/multicast setups, RADIUS, and Routing
    • Experience with BGP using Fortinet firewalls
    • Experience with FortiOS configuration
    • Experience with VOIP/PBX systems management
    • Experience with O/S hardening for Windows and Linux environments
    • Experience with Network design and documentation
    • Experience with Compute design and documentation
    • Experience with Managed High Availability and Fault Tolerant systems
    • Experience with Azure Hybrid deployments
