Job Overview

As a senior engineering leader, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of engineers working on data infrastructure, backend services, and clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading engineering teams focused on data platforms and backend infrastructure, with a deep understanding of distributed systems, event processing, or analytics pipelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-impact team at the intersection of data analytics, platform infrastructure, and frontend instrumentation.
  • Driving the design and evolution of scalable event ingestion and processing systems.
  • Collaborating with product, data, and infra teams to ensure accurate, scalable, and easy-to-use systems.

About the Role: This position is part of the Product Insights Enablement group within the Product Platform supergroup—empowering every product team to build confidently with data. The Product Analytics team is the central engine for user behavior analytics.
