Senior Siebel Developer Opportunity

Green Light Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled Senior Siebel Developer to join our team on a 6-month contract with potential extensions. As a Senior Siebel Developer, you will work with our client partner to deliver high-quality Siebel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize Siebel applications using EAI, EIM, PLSQL, and Control M techniques.
  • Manage development and SIT environments, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on Siebel application support and development.
  • Develop tools and scripts using VB scripting and other languages.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, DXC, and vendors to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with developers and support engineers to resolve integration issues.
  • Lead teams and work with virtual teams to achieve project goals.
  • Support end-to-end testing and migrate Siebel changes from development to SIT.
  • Provide solutions for online and batch integrations.
  • Update technical design documents and follow release and change management processes.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of EAI, VBC, web services, MSMQ, and Siebel Out of the Box adapters.
  • Deep understanding of Siebel Data Model, MSSQ Server, and Oracle.
  • Familiarity with Siebel Call Centre or any base application, and at least one vertical application (e.g., Banking, Finance).
  • Thorough understanding of Siebel Schema and performance tuning.
  • Experience in Siebel Development, including business modelling, requirement gathering, analysis, configuration, and integration.
  • Complete exposure to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Skilled in configuring and customizing Siebel Objects (e.g., Applets, Business Components, Screens, Views, Tables, Joins, Links, MVGs, Pick Lists, Toggle Applets, Drilldowns).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for technical and client-facing situations.
  • Preferably experienced in Siebel development and requirements analysis.
  • Strong analytical and performance interpretation skills.
