Regional Leader - Employment Solutions

As a Regional Leader – Employment Solutions, you will spearhead the successful delivery of employment programs across a defined regional footprint, driving outcomes and ensuring seamless service provision.

About The Role
  • Lead and develop a regional team to deliver high-quality, customer-centric employment support.
  • Drive performance against caseload, revenue, and service delivery metrics.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with employers and community organizations to promote inclusive employment.
  • Ensure contract compliance and continuous service improvement.
  • Champion organizational values and lead with purpose, safety, and impact.
About You
  • You're a values-driven, results-oriented leader who thrives on growth, innovation, and impact.
  • You bring:
    • Proven leadership in employment, disability, or community services.
    • Strong commercial acumen, including budget management and financial planning.
    • Experience building employer networks and community partnerships.
    • Ability to lead teams through change while maintaining high performance.
    • Tertiary qualifications in business, human services, or related fields (highly desirable).
