About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Designer to join our team at Auto & General. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective digital assets that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design digital assets that align with our brand strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage and maintain our brand style guide to ensure consistency across all digital channels.
  • Develop and edit video content for various platforms, including YouTube, social media, and online ads.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into our digital products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices to continuously improve our design capabilities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital design and video editing.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.
  • Portfolio or examples of work that demonstrate your design skills and experience.
  • Expertise in Google Web Designer, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder).
  • Strong understanding of UI and UX principles, as well as mobile-first and responsive web design.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve design goals.
