Purpose of the Role

The Senior Manager Delivery will lead organization-wide learning teams, providing direction and prioritization to ensure scalable, high-quality learning solutions across all business areas, including leadership, professional development, technical training, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Plan and organize scalable delivery of learning solutions for timely implementation.
  • Measure and report on L&D impact using data to inform strategies and improve offerings.
  • Review and update induction and training programs for consistent learning experiences.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of learning data to inform decision-making and improvements.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of learning teams and programs, providing updates to leadership.
  • Use learning management systems and digital tools for efficient delivery and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning products that meet business needs.
  • Provide leadership and support to delivery teams, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Drive innovation by implementing new methods and best practices to enhance learning solutions.
  • Promote communities of learning within the delivery discipline.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues related to learning and capability delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience in leading or coaching in a learning environment.
  • Proven ability to scope, design, and deliver technical and behavioral training.
  • High-level facilitation experience (on-the-job and classroom).
  • Knowledge of training processes and adult learning principles.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to deliver training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a dynamic service operation.
  • Capacity for self-management, participative decision-making, and managing change.
