Job Description:

  • As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting NDIS participants, their families, and carers in identifying their needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based support plans within complex support environments.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality support services that meet the needs of our participants.
  • Mentoring less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to enhance their skills and knowledge.
