This role is a pivotal position in the Enhanced Bail Supervision and Support (EBSS) service. As a Case Officer, you will be responsible for delivering tailored supervision and support to young people on bail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide case support to young people, including engaging with them and supporting case management interventions.
  • Deliver afterhours support to young people, such as transportation to school, work, appointments, and pro-social leisure activities.
  • Offer technical expertise in electronic monitoring to support suitability assessments.
  • Install, remove, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic monitoring devices for young people subject to EBSS.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor of Social Work or Diploma in Community Services Work is desirable.
  • A full Victorian driver's licence is required due to travel requirements.
  • A current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) card is required prior to commencement of employment.
About the Role

This position will be based in the South East region, with travel to various locations within the area required. You will work flexibly across locations and plan your life outside of work ahead of time, with flexibility to take time off during standard business hours.

The Case Officer role involves working on a rotating roster. On weekdays, you will work either a morning or afternoon shift. On weekends and public holidays, shifts will be from approximately 9am to 9pm, and rosters will be provided at least 14 days in advance.
