Performance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will provide sports science support to athletes across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sport science services to athletes, including physiology, biomechanics, and performance analysis
  • Work with high performance coaches and athletes to develop and implement training plans
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform coaching decisions and improve athlete performance
  • Collaborate with other experts to ensure consistency in the development of athletes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in the provision and application of sports science services
  • Proven success in utilising physiological and sport science knowledge for planning, periodising and managing athletes at senior national or international level
  • Experience in operating and managing quality control and quality assurance programs to meet laboratory compliance standards
  • Undergraduate degree with Honours in Exercise, Health, Movement and/or Sport Science
