Delivering Exceptional Banking Experiences

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Personal Banker.

As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our customers by meeting their end-to-end banking needs. This includes developing expert understanding of their current and future goals, designing solutions that meet their needs, objectives and interests, educating and supporting customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs, guiding customers through personalized lending solutions, and building connections with customers, colleagues and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop win-win solutions for customers by understanding their goals and designing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Educate and support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs.
  • Guide customers through personalized lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options to help them achieve their goals.
  • Build connections with customers, colleagues and the wider community.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • A proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customer needs.
  • Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
  • The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in consumer lending and the banking/finance industry - a plus but not essential.
