Job Description

Your role in our organisation is a challenging and exciting opportunity to lead the delivery operation and enhancement of cyber security governance risk and compliance across the business.

You will be responsible for driving cyber governance risk and compliance, developing and implementing policies, standards, and compliance programs. This includes overseeing the expansion of cyber risk management, cyber third-party assurance, and the cyber awareness and training program.

You will also be responsible for product ownership of Cyber GRC projects, building and embedding a strong cyber security resilience and culture through effective reporting, control monitoring, and frameworks.

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in third-party risk management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a Big 4 consulting firm or within the health finance or banking industries.

Australian citizen or permanent resident is required. The successful candidate must commit to and support our Mission and Values.
