Job Title: Home Care Worker

**About the Role:**

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our care team in supporting older Australians to live independently. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by providing person-centred care and support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide domestic assistance, including cooking, cleaning, gardening, and pet care.

- Assist with social services, such as organisation of outings and activities.

- Use an app to track important information and ensure customers' safety.

**Requirements:**

- Kindness, positivity, and respect for dignity and privacy.

- Friendly and good relationship-building skills.

- Ability to use a smartphone and assist clients with theirs.

- Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable registered car (driving is part of the role).
