Support Care Specialist

We are seeking individuals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care and support services to clients in their own homes. Our team of passionate and dedicated professionals work closely with clients and their families to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, personalized care and support to clients through various services including household tasks, personal care, meal preparation, social support, respite, and transportation.
  • Travel throughout the region and have availability during weekdays from 8am-5pm, with a preference for working 2-5 days per week.
Requirements:
  • Australian driver's licence and a reliable insured motor vehicle are essential.
  • Reliability, compassion, and a strong understanding of the needs of the elderly are required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are necessary for success in this role.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is an advantage but not essential, as we offer a traineeship program to complete this qualification.

  • Competitive hourly rate plus 10% superannuation, km reimbursement at 92 cents per kilometre, and paid travel time.
