Kitchen Operations Manager

As a leader in our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring that our food quality and safety standards are met. You will manage all key performance indicators, supervise and coach team members, and prepare and cook food.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
- Manage COGS financials and rostering
- Supervise and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Deliver food quality and safety standards
- Prepare and cook food and order supplies
- Monitor quality of dishes at all stages
- Discuss food preparation issues with managers and front-of-house staff
- Enforce hygiene regulations
- Assist with training of staff
- Motivated natural leader who can adapt to fast-paced environments
- Passion for food and restaurant operations
- Positive attitude and ability to build efficient teams
- Experience in restaurant or kitchen management (2 years minimum)
