Key Leadership Position: Director Corporate

This is a senior executive role that involves strategic leadership and oversight of corporate services. The Director Corporate will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of key corporate functions including finance, analytics, procurement, IT and governance.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading diverse and complex portfolios in the public sector, insurance, health or disability industries. They will possess a strong strategic mindset, collaborative and consultative leadership skills and the ability to contribute as a member of the Executive team.

In this role, the Director Corporate will play a pivotal part in shaping the strategic direction of the organisation and driving innovation across corporate services. They will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic and business plans, overseeing financial management and reporting, enhancing business intelligence capabilities and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

The Director Corporate will also be responsible for managing enterprise risk and driving project delivery aligned with organisational priorities. They will foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and mentoring.
