Job Description:

The Strategic Corporate Service Leader will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals and objectives.

This role will involve working closely with senior leaders and teams across the organisation to drive business outcomes and improve overall performance.

  • Developing and implementing corporate strategies that support organisational growth and success;
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency;
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement organisational policies and procedures;
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing change management initiatives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, management or public policy;
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within a corporate services environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and teams across the organisation;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions;
  • Ability to think strategically and make decisions that align with organisational goals and objectives.
