We are seeking a strategic and values-driven leader to join our executive leadership team as General Manager, Corporate Services. As a key member of the senior management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our organisation and driving improvements across operations.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced senior leader who brings strong financial acumen and commercial awareness. You will lead all corporate services functions, including finance, ICT, risk and compliance, facilities, logistics and reporting, ensuring our systems are agile, effective and support sustainable growth.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and community groups.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.

You will be responsible for managing organisational budgets, resourcing, contracts and reporting. This includes identifying opportunities for innovation, funding and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A CPA or CA qualification and tertiary studies in Finance, Commerce or similar.
  • Experience leading corporate services in a values-driven organisation.
  • Knowledge of ICT, systems integration, data governance and cyber security.
  • A collaborative and people-focused leadership style.
  • The ability to influence, drive change and balance strategy with practical delivery.
