Training Opportunities
Crystal-Career is currently seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our team as Trainers and Assessors. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, conducting assessments, and providing expert feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs aligned with relevant units of competency and qualifications.
- Conduct thorough assessments of employee knowledge and skills to determine competency and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed feedback to Subject Matter Experts on the development, training, and assessment resources.
- Maintain accurate records of training and assessment activities.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in the units delivered within the last two years.
- Extensive experience in developing and delivering training in various industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116).
- Ongoing professional development in Vocational Education and Training.
