Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Trainer and Assessor or Subject Matter Expert who is interested in delivering trade based training. As a PEER Trainer and Assessor your role will include providing training, guidance, mentoring and coaching to our VET in School learners. Are you a Plumber looking for a change? As a PEER Subject Matter Expert your role will include providing training and guidance to our learners under the supervision of a Trainer and Assessor, all while studying towards your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Consider training for your next career move. We can offer: Full time, casual, part time contracts now or in the future.

Skills and Experience
  • Plumbing trade qualification
  • Current PGE Licence
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children & National Police Checks.
  • Proven track record in inspiring, supporting, motivating people and fostering a positive, creative and rewarding culture.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Cert IV (TAE40116), or willing to study
