Building Construction Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Building Project Manager to oversee the execution of various commercial building projects in the Adelaide region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing onsite construction operations, ensuring a safe working environment, and directing site resources to achieve successful project outcomes.
This role requires a high level of expertise in managing construction sites for built form projects, including schools, sporting facilities, community infrastructure, and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality requirements
- Monitor construction programs and completion dates
- Measure subcontract work with subcontractors before they leave site
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Builder - medium rise QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (preferably current)
- University or tertiary qualifications in construction
- Thorough knowledge of drawings, specifications, safety, and quality requirements
- Current drivers licence
- Specialised learning and development programs
