For further information please go to: www.baybuildinggroup.com.au About The Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for the successful delivery of small, medium and large domestic and commercial insurance reinstatement projects across Adelaide.
The Supervisor is ultimately responsible for all site based operations such as:quality assuranceadherence to WH&Sclient liaisonmake safesengaging tradespreparing schedulesforecasting monthly revenue and project completion dates andmanaging budgets resulting in the delivery of quality outcomes for clients.
The procurement and overall management of our subcontractors and suppliers is also a key component of the role.
Occasional travel, and overtime, is required.
Qualifications Supervisors License highly desirable White card Drivers License, WWC and Induction Card First Aid Certificate Certificate IV in Construction (highly desirable)Key Professional Skills3+ years experience in construction/building supervision Clear knowledge of NCC and Waterproofing AS3740 Experience working directly with stakeholders Thorough understanding the construction process, critical inspection points, permits and WHS requirements Estimation skills (desirable)Trade qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience working on construction sites Key Attributes Strong verbal and written communication skills Fantastic interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Office MS Project and Excel programs Why join us?In addition to joining a high performing team, you will also have: Flexibility considered with WFH options Great discounts at JB HI-FIPaid parental leave upon meeting policy criteria Access to 24/7 Employee Assistance Program for you and your family Birthday leave Be part of a values driven environment
