Operating nationally, for 40 years we have specialised in repairs to domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, impact and malicious damage.Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for the successful delivery of small, medium and large domestic and commercial insurance reinstatement projects across Adelaide.The Supervisor is ultimately responsible for all site based operations such as:quality assuranceadherence to WH&Smake safesforecasting monthly revenue and project completion dates andmanaging budgets resulting in the delivery of quality outcomes for clients.The procurement and overall management of our subcontractors and suppliers is also a key component of the role.Occasional travel, and overtime, is required.Qualifications:Supervisors License highly desirableWhite cardDrivers License, WWC and Induction CardFirst Aid CertificateCertificate IV in Construction (highly desirable)Key Professional Skills:3+ years experience in construction/building supervisionClear knowledge of NCC and WaterproofingAS3740Experience working directly with stakeholdersThorough understanding the construction process, critical inspection points, permits and WHS requirementsTrade qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience working on construction sitesKey Attributes:Strong verbal and written communication skillsFantastic interpersonal skillsAbility to work autonomously across multiple sitesKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Office MS Project and Excel programsIn addition to joining a high performing team, you will also have:Flexibility considered with WFH optionsGreat discounts at JB HI-FIPaid parental leave upon meeting policy criteriaAccess to 24/7 Employee Assistance Program for you and your familyBirthday leaveBe part of a values driven environmentTo apply online, please click on the appropriate link below
