This strategic role is pivotal in driving excellence across portfolio and project management practices, ensuring visibility, governance, and continuous improvement.

About the Position

The Portfolio Office Lead will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide critical information in the form of analysis and reporting on portfolio and project level health and progress.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with Program Leads and Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely reporting at a portfolio and project level.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide insightful analysis and reporting on portfolio and project level performance.
  • Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to drive excellence and improvement across portfolio and project management practices.
  • Liaise with program and project teams to ensure seamless communication and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of successfully leading portfolio management initiatives, with expertise in disciplined planning and mastery of project management techniques.
  • Critical skills including program and project health reporting, decision making, influencing, and financial acumen.
  • Strong collaboration and relational skills, with experience in developing high-performing teams and promoting a culture of respect and integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
