Job Title: Ambitious Portfolio Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven leader to drive operational excellence, guest experience, and financial performance across a portfolio of 10 hotels and resorts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering key pillars: exceptional guest experience, strong financial performance, health and safety compliance, and consistent brand execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Manage a team of General Managers across the Victorian portfolio, driving strategic projects and operational improvements to enhance guest experience and financial performance.
  • Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop General Managers, building a strong pipeline of future leaders.
