We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Owners and Breeders Liaison.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to owners and breeders, facilitating their requests and ensuring seamless communication. They will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote ongoing engagement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide VIP customer service for owners and breeders, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with owners and breeders, identifying opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Manage direct communication with owners, including managing race day privileges and additional requests.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the thoroughbred racing industry, including owner, breeder, and syndicator dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, client services, or relationship management.
  • Knowledge of the racing industry and an understanding of owner and breeder needs.
