About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at SH Jewellery, a leading independent Melbourne jeweller. As a full-time fine jewellery sales professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including 18kt white gold and platinum diamond engagement rings and wedding bands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and support the growth of the business.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years retail experience, with a preference for experience in the jewellery industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales expertise, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in the use of technology, including social media, email, and web-based platforms.
  • Multilingual: Vietnamese, Khmer, Mandarin, Cantonese (preferred).
