About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at SH Jewellery. As a Full Time Fine Jewellery Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized sales experiences to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our luxury jewellery products, including 18kt white gold and platinum diamond engagement rings and wedding bands
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years retail experience, with a preference for experience in the jewellery industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Intelligent and efficient, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the success of the team
  • Comfortable with technology, including email and web-based systems
  • Multilingual: Vietnamese, Khmer, Mandarin, Cantonese (preferred)
