Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure SH Jewellery remains competitive
  • Participate in marketing activities and contribute to the development of sales strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years retail experience, with a preference for experience in the jewellery industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in technology, including social media, email, and web-based platforms
  • Multilingual: Vietnamese, Khmer, Mandarin, Cantonese (preferred)
