About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time In-House Lawyer to join our Property Team. This exciting role offers the chance to contribute to our growth journey, supporting property transactions and providing strategic legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Support: Oversee and advise on legal aspects of property transactions, including acquisitions, leases, and disposals.
  • Legal Advisory: Deliver strategic legal insights on property matters, protecting the company's interests and supporting operational decisions.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with property regulations and proactively manage legal risks associated with property assets.
  • Dispute Resolution: Address property-related disputes, coordinating with internal teams and, when necessary, external counsel.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth transaction processes.
About You
  • Experience: Demonstrated expertise in property law, ideally within corporate or real estate sectors.
  • Legal Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of property law, including leasing, acquisition processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills with attention to detail in document drafting and review.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior leadership in a dynamic environment, with a flexible approach to part-time hours.
Compensation and Benefits
